Pre-Wedding Adventures - Part 2

On Monday morning, the ladies needed to get their hair done. The gentleman had the option of sitting around and contemplating Kari and Steve's future together and the history of wedding vows or going wine tasting. We opted for the tasting ;-)

It was awesome in Napa. The white grapes were just harvested and the red Zinfandels and Cabs were only a week away.















We started out at Pine Ridge which is in the Stags Leap area.












It was a very good start. Steve had 5 hours until the wedding... plenty of time for a good sample. I think Bill was telling the winemaster to add more sugar. Of course, we warned Steve about moderation, but he insisted on holding the bottle. Come to think of it, we never knew what happened to that bottle.
